Autodesk Subscription Changes Coming

Beginning February 1, 2016, Autodesk is discontinuing late renewals on all subscriptions, Maintenance and Desktop. If the renewal isn’t made by the end date, there will no longer be an option to “late renew” with a late fee.
This is especially important for perpetual licenses, since customers will lose access to new versions of their software as perpetual licenses.
(Ex: If you have Maya 2016, for instance, and the Maintenance Subscription ends, you would keep your Maya 2016, but will no longer have the option of getting Maya 2017 as a perpetual license. You’d have to purchase a new Desktop Subscription of Maya if you wanted a new version.)

Please let us know if you have questions.
