There’s nothing more frustrating than having too many choices. When you go into the grocery store and you want to pick up something simple like butter, why are there 15 different kinds? Salted, unsalted, the fake crap for people on diets, the extra churned stuff…and the list goes on. Give me a break, I don’t need that many options- just give me one choice and let me get to the rest of my shopping! But in the end it is helpful to have more than one option because some types of butter are better for certain types of cooking than others.
